About Megan

Megan is a Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki Master in D.C. She studied with Nana Deleplanque  ​​​​​ beginning with Reiki I, in December 2019, followed by Reiki II in May 2020, and then became Master in August 2021. She continues her education and dedication to Reiki by attending group Reiki sessions and online clinic.

Megan believes the healing journey is holistic and includes both Eastern and Western medicines and practices.

She earned her Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology and is a Certified Group Fitness Instructor and Certified Health Coach who has helped thousands reach their health and fitness goals and their physical health. She loves that Reiki is another wellness tool that she can share with her clients so they can not only tap into their physical health but their emotional, mental, and spiritual health as well. Currently, she is a Wellness Fitness Director and Wellness Manager for NASA HQ and her employer.
